Ruediger Dorn grew up in Stuttgart and studied engineering; he then gained a post-graduate business degree. He worked in the automotive industry before joining Accenture and taking on life science industry projects. After a subsequent spell at Oracle, he became managing director, worldwide pharmaceutical industry, for Microsoft.
Andrea Brückner ist Senior Manager im Strategiebereich bei Accenture in Frankfurt. Als Mitglied des weltweiten Geschäftsbereichs Pharmaceutical & Medical Products (PMP) liegen ihre Beratungsschwerpunkte in der Strategie- und Organisationsentwicklung in der pharmazeutischen Industrie, ebenso in Marketing und Vertrieb sowie Customer-Relationship-Management. Vor ihrer langjährigen internationalen Beratungstätigkeit war die Betriebswirtschaftlerin unter anderem in der strategischen Planung bei Boehringer Mannheim beschäftigt.

Mette Lustrup beendete Ihre Ausbildung als CEMS Master in International Management und schloss eine Weiterbildung als Cand. Merc. Int für Intercultural Communication & Management an. Bei CDM ist sie seit 2005 als Senior-Projekleiterin hauptsächlich im Bereich Pharma tätig. Ihre Aufgaben als Teamleiterin auf diesem Gebiet umfassen die Projektleitung, die Prozessberatung, Koordinierung, Test, Unterricht.
Charlotte Hedegaard was born in 1971, attained her law degree in 1997 and became a lawyer in 2000. Charlotte currently holds a position with the Kromann Reumert law firm, primarily within the fields of Life Science and Corporate Social Responsibility, especially anti-corruption and compliance. Charlotte is specialized in Life Science and has previously worked in the legal department of Novo Nordisk A/S. During her employment at Novo Nordisk A/S Charlotte was part of developing Novo Nordisk’s anti-corruption program “Business Ethics Compliance”
